All classes held during the week are formal training sessions. This means that the class is begun and ended in the traditional manner, by paying respects to the Shomen and the Sensei.  The class itself is directed by the Sensei and all students are expected to follow along.

Saturday sessions are formal training sessions for registered members only. Members with a trial membership must register to participate.  These sessions are open to juniors and adults. The early morning 7:00 AM class is designed for advanced, strenuous activity. The later class is general training with the end being open for self training and one on one review.
